THERAPEUTIC/DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Specifically designed just for you, this massage focuses on your problem areas.  Using a variety of techniques , your therapist will help you to find relief from the sore tight muscles that have bothered you the most.  Utilizing a combination of techniques such as connective tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and deep pressure you're sure to find relief.  Very rarely is this massage a full body massage, but rather a focused massage designed to relieve specific areas of tension.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Pregnancy can be an emotionally and physically stressful time. Take an hour to yourself and allow your therapist to ease some of those stresses with a full body massage designed specifically for you - the expectant Mom. Experience relief from low back/hip discomfort, shoulder tension, and all over muscular tension. This massage is performed in a side-laying position with the expectant mothers comfort and safety in mind.

HOT STONE Massage

Smooth, heated stones are used in this full-body massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. The heat from the stones and the massage performed in this treatment combine to promote the release of tension & stress with increased circulation in your muscles. AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Aromatherapy isn't just about scent.  It's about how the essential oils of plants can play a significant roll in your emotional and physical well-being.  Because of that, we use only the purest, highest quality essential oils in this treatment. We begin by evaluating your goals for the session and assist you in choosing the best combination of oils to help you reach those goals.  Then, the oils you choose are used during your chosen massage (Swedish, Therapeutic, or Spot Treatment) to increase the therapeutic value of that massage.

SPOT TREATMENT

Often used as focus for the back, neck and shoulders, and frequently during clients' lunch breaks.  This shorter session allows for work to just the areas that you wish to focus on. Swedish or Therapeutic techniques will be utilized per your preference.

We've all had those days when that nagging headache just won't go away.  Our goal is to help relieve your headache. REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT

Warm towels, scented lotion and pressure applied to key points on the feet is what this treatment is all about.  Not only is it a terrific foot massage, but these specific points on the feet correspond to different areas of the body. It's like a full body massage through your feet.
